Trial period

Many signal groups offer a trial period, usually 7 days, so that the new member can try it out and see if it's the service they were looking for.

Billing and refund policy

The subscription amount will be billed automatically each month. 

A monthly subscription will be made on a recurring basis and will continue for a month-to-month period unless the user cancels the subscription before the expiration of the paid period.

Cancellation will result in interruption of the group services and will suspend the monthly billing in relation to the subsequent period, with no proportional refunds being granted in relation to the current month.

For the calculation of the monthly usage period, the day the service was contracted will be considered.

The user may give up on the service within 7 days of the contract/payment.

How do I unsubscribe from a signal group?

To disconnect from a signal group:

• On Anny, click on Dashboard
• Scroll down, find and click on the group you want to disconnect
• click disconnect
