Trial Period and Billing Policy for Signal Groups

Trial Period

Many signal groups on Anny's marketplace offer a trial period, typically lasting 7 days. This allows new members to experience the service and assess if it meets their trading needs and expectations.

Billing Policy

When subscribing to a signal group, the subscription amount will be billed automatically on a monthly basis. The subscription will continue for a month-to-month period unless the user chooses to cancel before the expiration of the paid period.

Cancellation and Refunds

If a user decides to cancel their subscription, it will result in the interruption of group services, and the monthly billing will be suspended for the subsequent period. However, there are no proportional refunds granted in relation to the current month.

For the calculation of the monthly usage period, the day the service was originally contracted will be considered.

Users will be refunded if they cancel the service within 7 days of the contract/payment.

How do I unsubscribe from a signal group?

To disconnect from a signal group:

• On Anny, click on Dashboard
• Scroll down, find and click on the group you want to disconnect
• click disconnect
