Why my performance is different from the group's performance?
The performance result of your trades can differ from the performance result of the signal group you are a member of for several reasons:
- The signal entry your entry will be at some point in the entry range and is never the same for everybody. The entry point for the group is calculated by an average of that price range.
- Target exits, with market orders, can get a different and lower price than the target.
- If you enable the Trailing Stop (to secure the target climb), you may be stopped by the price features, but the signal (for the group) continues to be monitored as long as there are people in that signal.
-
The profit decreases when you don't use BNB to pay the Binance fees. When you pay the fees in the currency you are trading, your balance will be broken to decimal places. Binance has specific trade rules for each currency and most of them don't accept order amounts with decimal places. Follow an example: LINK/BTC
- If you buy 14 LINK and pay the commission fee with LINK, you will end up with 14 - 0.014 LINKs or 13.98 LINK
- When selling, the LINK rule dictates that decimal places can't be sent, so you can only sell 13 LINK
-
In addition to paying the commission fee in BTC you have 0.98 LINK unsold and not counting in your profit.
RESULTS
-
7% of your coins couldn't be sold to account for your profit
-
In addition, you will pay the commission fee in BTC, with no discounts.
- You didn't enter a signal and it is computed in the group's performance. It may happen that you don't enter the signal due to lack of balance or because of a limit entry order created and canceled later on when target 1 hit.
People who risk more get higher targets but, on the other hand, the loss on other signals can be greater too.
