How do I check why I didn't enter a position?
There can be many reasons for not entering a position. From problems with the API, lack of balance, auto invest turned off, among others.
By regularly monitoring your positions and staying attentive to Anny's notifications, you can quickly address any obstacles to successful trade entries. This proactive approach ensures a smoother trading process and allows you to take prompt action when needed, optimizing your trading experience on the Anny platform.
Here's how to do it:
- Navigate to the Positions Tab: Go to the Positions tab on the Anny platform. Here, you will find a list of all your open positions, whether they are already active, under price monitoring, or still pending investment.
- Click on the Symbol: Choose the symbol representing the position you want to check. By clicking on the symbol, you can access detailed information about that specific position.
- Review the Signal Timeline: Scroll down to the signal timeline for the selected position. Here, you will find a record of the actions taken and any notifications related to the position.
- In the signal timeline, carefully review the entry status for the position. Anny will provide notifications if there were issues preventing the entry, such as problems with the API, insufficient balance, auto-invest being turned off, or any other relevant reasons. Pay close attention to these notifications, as they offer valuable insights into the situation and provide guidance on how to resolve the issues effectively.
