How do I check why I didn't enter a position?

There can be many reasons for not entering a position. From problems with the API, lack of balance, auto invest turned off, among others.

Whenever Anny notifies you of a reason for not having entered a position, she also helps you with how to solve it, so it is very important to check these notifications so you can solve the problem faster.

How to check:

• In the Positions tab, under active positions are all your open positions whether they are already active, under price monitoring or that you haven't yet invested.
